Meet the Doctors

Dr. Timothy Card
Dr. Card graduated from West Chester University in Pennsylvania with a degree in Kinesiology and teaching certifications in elementary and secondary education. He taught in the public education system for 7 years before returning to school to earn his doctorate in chiropractic.

Dr. Card attended Life Chiropractic College West in northern California and continued his post-graduate education taking courses in cold laser therapy, extremity adjusting, and the Atlas Orthogonal technique.

Dr. Card met his wife, Dr. Lyndsay Mishko, while in chiropractic school.  After graduating, they made the decision to begin their lives and practices in the Pacific Northwest region where Lyndsay was born and raised.
In June 2011, they welcomed their first child, Kaleb, and were blessed again with a daughter, Everly, in October 2013.

Dr. Card’s chiropractic experience began at the age of 19 when he was taken to a chiropractic office in his hometown, Whitehouse Station, NJ. He suffered from migraine headaches, which were debilitating and diminishing his quality of life. It wasn’t until 3 months of care when he came to the realization that his migraines had stopped. Since that experience, Dr. Card made it a priority to be under chiropractic care.

While completing his undergraduate degree, he worked for a busy chiropractic office as a chiropractic assistant. The experience was truly inspirational and he loved watching the progress and joy patients experienced with chiropractic treatments. After teaching health and physical education for several years, Dr. Card decided his true calling was in the chiropractic profession. He returned to school and dedicated himself to serving patients through chiropractic care.

Dr. Card is passionate about working closely with his patients and their families, providing them with high quality and effective care. Dr. Card has the philosophy that every person seeks chiropractic care for individual reasons and he strives to personalize each patient's care plan specifically to their needs. Having a background in health and fitness, he encourages all of his patients to be proactive in their health outside of the office.
